Big Xhosa In His Feels After Releasing His First-ever Body Of Work “Almost Time.” Big Xhosa has been sidelined in SA hip hop due to his lack of seriousness. The rapper lodged many complaints towards big-name rappers for sabotaging his music.
With all the silent treatment he has been getting in the game, Big Xhosa promised to take his rap profession seriously. The rapper became open and confessed that he constructed a false persona to acquire influence in the music biz. Big Xhosa promised on delivering good and serious music in a bid to make a name for himself in SA hip hop.
“I clowned around with the Big Xhosa character and had to hide my real talent coz I was trying to build myself a platform. It’s enough with the jokes now I’m done. I’m back to dropping real music like I used to, way before you knew me.” He tweeted.
Following the release of his first-ever body of work, Big Xhosa seems to be living up to his words. The rapper dropped a 12-track EP with some of the big-name SA rappers in the mix. The rapper managed to feature with Gigi Lamayne, AB Crazy and Majorsteez.
Big Xhosa took to Instagram to express his excitement for the release of the Almost Time EP. The rapper stated that he is out of words and thanked his fans for their unwavering support. I don’t have any words to describe how I’m feeling right now . MY tape is finally OUT NOW !! Thank you for the support.” Wrote Big Xhosa.
It remains to be seen whether Big Xhosa will go all the way and be embraced by other artists in SA Hip Hop now that he has finally delivered his first-ever project in the game.
