Minister Bheki Cele Clarified Why He Didnt Visit AKA’s Murder Scene  during a press briefing last week by saying, there was no need for him to go to the crime scene where AKA was killed because when he  received the information at 11pm he was in touch with the provincial commissioner through out the night and he also stated that he spoke to AKAs father at length during the period to a point were AKA’s father sent him a “beautiful” message thanking him.

Taking all this into consideration the minister felt that  he had ticked all boxes and spoken in detail and engaged with various stakeholders related to the case, thus the no need for visiting the actual crime scene.

This was in response to backlash  from some journalists and social media  that Cele goes to every crime scene, why didn’t he go to AKA’s .

The motive of the shooting is unknown at this stage and police investigations are said to be still ongoing. SAPS  however stated during its press briefing  that they “Have An Idea Who Those People Might Be” even though no arrest have been made yet.

The decorated rapper was laid to rest yesterday and his impact on SA Hip Hop will forever live with us. Love Live Supa Mega
