Kwesta Pinpoints The Best Song He’s Ever Made. Even though the impact of SA Hip-hop has slowed down over the past couple of years due to Amapiano, Kwesta is among the SA rappers who have managed to stay relevant since he is able to dabble in both rap and kwaito genres.

For the past 16 years, the rapper gained notoriety in the SA rap game, with his unique raspy voice and his laid-back flow making him the fans’ favourite. Taking to Twitter, one of Kwesta’s’ fans praised one of Kwesta’s classic songs titled Find A Way featuring Kuna and Soweto Gospel Choir. The track is off the Dakar album which he released in 2014. “@KwestaDaKAR This song was dope as hell, Kruna killed it too #PopcornAndCheese,” reads the tweet.

In response, Kwesta admitted that Find A Way is a good song stating that it is the best song he has ever made. “This is the best song I’ve EVER made if anyone was to ask me,” he tweeted.

During an interview on Popcorn And Cheese with Mpo Pop and Robot Boii, Kwesta explained the motive behind the making of the track Find A Way.

The rapper said that the song was all about him speaking about issues affecting society, hence the reason why it is close to his heart. “I did a song before Boom Shaka Laka, a while ago, but we put it in Dakar the first one. It was the song with the Soweto Gospel Choir called Find A Way,” he said.

“I’ve done that song I think in 2009, it was supposed to be in Special Request which was my first album with  BADA-BING. It’s called Find A Way, so if you want to listen to that song whenever you find time, probably the most beautiful song I’ve made at the time.”

“It’s not even a song about me, it’s just a song about society. The Soweto Gospel Choir obviously came afterwards when we were trying to redo the song and reenergize the song because we did in 2009 now has to drop in 2013 and has to sound slightly different.” Kwesta said.
