Lynn Forbes Celebrates AKA’s Legacy As “Alter Ego” Turns 12. AKA’s mother Lynn Forbes took to social media today to celebrate the 12th anniversary of her son’s iconic Alter Ego album.
AKA passed away in February leaving behind behind a lasting legacy in the music industry. Not only did he leave his fans enjoying his posthumous Mass Country album, but the rapper also left an immense music catalogue that is widely celebrated.
Taking to Instagram, Vth Season AKA’s music distribution company celebrated 12 years of the rapper’s debut album Alter Ego which housed 18 tracks. “Happy 12-year anniversary @akaworldwide #altarego #ClassicMaterial,” announced Vth Season.
In the spirit of celebrating the late rapper’s legacy, AKA’s mother expressed her excitement as she also celebrated her son’s work. “What a Mega Legacy!” Wrote Lynn Forbes.
