AKA Reacts To Lemons (Lemonade) Topping SA’s Radio Chart For The First Time. AKA and his Megacy fanbase have been working very hard to push the single Lemons (Lemonade) on their Twitter timeline. Even though the single has been well received by most SA hip-hop listeners it has been facing stiff competition from K.O’s SETE.
SETE has been dominating the music charts for the most part ever since it was released but the tables have turned in favour of Supa Mega. Taking to Twitter, AKA announced that Lemons (Lemonade) is now the biggest song in South Africa as he shared a screenshot with the statistics from the Radio Monitor.
In the tweet, the award-winning rapper admitted that it has been a long fight for the song to get where it is right now. The rapper appreciated his fans and above all gave praises to God for a remarkable success. “TODAY WE OFFICIALLY HAVE THE BIGGEST SONG ON SA RADIO … what a long fight it’s been. EGACY OVER EVERYTHING. GOD IS GREAT.” Tweeted AKA.
Taking from the image shared by AKA of the Radio Chart, K.O’s SETE can be seen occupying the number 2 spot, just below Supa Mega’s hit whilst Burna Boy’s Last Last is sitting on number 5. AKA is currently keeping his fans on the edge as the SA hip-hop community awaits his Mass Country album.
The rapper has not yet revealed any information on who else is on the album besides Nasty C. Hence fans will be in for some surprises upon the release of Mass Country.
