Riky Rick’s Wife Reportedly Appointed As His Estate Executor. In August, it was reported that Bianca Naidoo was going to court to be appointed as the personal representative of Riky Rick‘s estate. Following the revelation that the late Riky Rick was never officially married to the mother of his children, Bianca Naidoo, an update on her efforts to be the executor of his estate was provided.
In the report which was issued in August, Bianca presented to the court that she wants to be recognized as Riky’s legal wife. According to the SundayWorld publication, Bianca Naidoo challenged the Joburg Master of the High Court and Home Affairs Minister Aaron Motsoaledi.
In a new twist, the EWN has reported that Home Affairs have halted its pursuit to challenge Bianca from being recognized as Riky Rick’s legal wife. Bianca had to demonstrate that their relationship met the legal requirements for marriage and was accepted by both families.
Following Boss Zonke’s passing, he reportedly did not leave a will therefore without a will it is said that the master of the court had to choose an executor for Riky’s estate. Bianca stated in a court application that she deserves to be the estate executor because she has been staying with Riky at her house in Bryanston.
The deceased expressed that he wanted a long-lasting future with me, and we began living together with my daughter as a family during the same year of 2013 at my residential property bought for me by my parents in Bryanston, Gauteng,” she wrote as per Sunday World.
The mother of two added that as she was their children’s sole guardian, she should have been named executive. Riky’s legacy has been maintained by Naidoo. After a spectacular Cotton Fest in Johannesburg, it was revealed on Tuesday that for the first time, Cape Town will also host the multi-cultural event in December.
